From this vision we developed the technology behind the Jemini Social Support Engine - the first ever means of providing community support that delivers measurable problem resolution, integrated social media, auto-response and premium content in a single solution.
Based at Bloxham Mill in Oxfordshire, enjenta is privately-funded with no capital debt. Our management team has over 40 years of combined experience in online and automated customer service and has worked with some of the largest companies in the Telecommunications and Aviation industries worldwide.
